Finance Assistant USA
US office in Boulder, Colorado
InsideAsia Tours are looking to recruit an Accounting Clerk for their office in central Boulder, Colorado. This is an exciting position in a growing company, and a chance to join the US team at a critical stage of its development. You will be responsible for financial administration in a branch with a turnover of approximately $13m, and looking after some 3,500 customers per year.
Working alongside our external accountants in the US, you will be under the supervision of our Financial Controller who is based in the UK. You will be working with our Sage accounts system as part of an international team. You will need to be confident with accounts software (ideally Sage 300, but we can teach this easily to a capable person), and IT in general, and be excited about working in an international environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is important for this role, as well as being able to work brilliantly in a team. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload as well as being professional, discrete, trustworthy and reliable, along with the skills to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, would be key to a successful application.
